Conheço-te de Ginjeira® is an elegant artisanal ginjinha - 100% natural - made from Galician “wild” sour cherries from Serra do Louro and Bagaceira Brandy from Moscatel and Fernão Pires grape varieties, without colorings or essences!

Inspired by the sour cherry brandies of the 1950s, it ages like a bagaceira brandy with sour cherries in Amazonian oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. It's made from the finest selection of fresh local sour cherries, one of Portugal's most acidic varieties, harvested in Serra do Louro, in the Arrábida Natural Park. Its name comes from the good old Portuguese—I know you, Ginjeira!
